Important!

    • The execution of design work begins after receiving the design assignment,
      list of initial data required for design (3-d model of architectural structures, 3-d model of small architectural forms, master plan, etc.) and an advance payment of 50% of the total cost of the project

    • The time for visualization of the object is 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the initial data and prepayment

    • At the time of approval of the final rendering, the customer pays another 25% of the total cost of the design work

    • The term for the design work from the moment the final version of the visualization is approved is 2-3 weeks
    • In the event that changes or additions are made by the customer after the approval of the final version of the visualization, the terms and additional payment are negotiated again

    • Full payment for the design work (the balance of 25% of the total cost of the design work) occurs when the project is issued to the customer
